To deliver on our corporate purpose of making a wonderful sound part of everyone’s life, WS Audiology is looking for a new Global Training Controller to help us shape our training processes and make them more efficient.

This role is a part of the global QMS team, where you’ll have an opportunity to work in an international and matrix structure. Your teammates and your Manager are located in Germany, but in this role, you’ll be cross-collaborating with different functions across the globe.


What you will do

This is a brand-new role located in Poland, which gives an exciting opportunity to ensure that all WSA Training Officers get a gapless data analysis in all training areas. You’ll be supporting them in understanding the need for immediate action to allow them to take the right measures.

As our new Global Training Officer, you’ll act as a direct contact with main stakeholders from the QMS department and the Doc Control team.

In this role you’ll be focusing on:

  • Monitoring and analysis of training completion rate as well as follow-up of training completion and ensuring and validating accurate training completion data within Power BI,
  • Provide updates to managers by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting relevant data,
  • Monitoring of tickets related to training process and tool handling in close collaboration with IT support,
  • Change Board Leader for Global Training Matrix changes,
  • Update and maintain Global Training Matrix and role descriptions; ensure close collaboration and alignment with the Doc Control team,
  • Participation during internal and external audits.


What you bring

We’re looking for a self-organized, and proactive team player, who’s able to work individually as well as in cross-functional teams. You should possess expertise in working with Learning Management Systems in a Quality area, and a willingness to learn and expand your knowledge.


Experience

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with LMS, and data analysis area,
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in using Excel and PowerBI,
  • Auditor qualifications will be beneficial in this role,
  • Preferably experience in medical device industry and related regulations.

  • Demonstrated solid communication and coordination skills,
  • Deep analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and recognized organization skills,
  • Customer-oriented approach and ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skills.

Our corporate language is English, so you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
